Etra Coaching Group works with leaders, teams and organizations to strengthen how they communicate, collaborate and lead. Sometimes that looks like 1:1 coaching. Sometimes it’s a room full of people building their ideas in LEGO® bricks before they build them out in the world. Always, it’s about helping people show up as themselves and be heard
Through our Better Yourself Better the World initiative, a portion of each transaction is donated to organizations promoting learning and development and mental health services in underserved communities.

Meet our founder
Kasia Seremet has spent over two decades in financial, consulting and services industries, where she saw first hand how much leadership shapes the people and the work around it. She believes we are our best when we are valued and are able to add value.
Kasia holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from University of Connecticut and is currently completing her master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology at University of Pennsylvania. She completed her executive and leadership coaching education at Columbia University.
